Refund Procedure

In the event of a request for refund, kindly fill in the Request for Refund Form and mail/email to us and we will process and refund within 7 working days.

The school’s refund procedure covers the following commonly occurring situations:

  1. School’s non-performance such as in the following conditions
    • Intake less than 3 students
    • Emergency conditions
  2. ICA not approving the student pass
  3. Student changes his mind during the 7 day cooling off period
  4. Student’s withdrawal
