Refund Procedure

The school’s refund procedure covers the following commonly occurring situations:

  • School’s non-performance such as in the following conditions
    • Intake less than 3 students
    • Emergency conditions
  • ICA not approving the student pass
  • Student changes his mind during the 7 day cooling off period
  • Student’s withdrawal
  • Course deferment

In the event of a request for refund, kindly fill in the Request for Refund Form and mail/email to us and we will get back to you within 7 working days.
